my story
Hi there! I’m Bella, a 24-year-old based in Boston, MA, with a lifelong passion for nutrition, fitness, and PCOS. Growing up, I spent 19 years playing soccer, which naturally kept me active, but I didn’t give much thought to what I was eating—I just fueled my body with whatever I wanted, whenever I wanted, because I was always on the go.
Everything changed during my college years at Merrimack College, where I studied Health Science. As I deepened my understanding of nutrition and began working out independently at the gym, I became more intentional about what I was putting into my body and how I was moving it. It was also during my senior year that I was diagnosed with PCOS (after dealing with symptoms not knowing it was PCOS since I was 15), which sparked a journey of self-discovery. I started to learn more about the condition through both my coursework and my own experiences, which led me to explore holistic approaches to managing symptoms. I got off birth control, fine-tuned my nutrition, and made adjustments to my fitness routine—and began to notice significant positive changes in my body.
After graduation, I knew I wanted to help other women achieve optimal health and wellness, so I pursued my Certification as a Nutrition Coach through NASM and got certified. My mission is to empower women to not only improve their physical health, but to foster mental and emotional well-being as well.
If you’re ready to take control of your health and feel your best, let’s work together 1:1 to make it happen!
